Elves and there world....
I paint modern, Icelandic elves... I have created a fantasy world where the elves live happily.
They are quiet,in love and happy.
I belive there are elves living in rocks and mountains in Iceland, but I have never seen one so I created them.. I think they look like that.
The world they live in is warm, green ...blue skies and fluffy clouds....
This world is created from Icelandic nature. Nature that is powerful,mystic and very beautyful. When I was a little girl I went every summer to my grandparents, they were living in a little fishing village by the sea. It was amasing to spend summers there,by the sea and great mountains. I think my elves and adventure world started there. When I was running free in high, green grass surronded by the smell of the ocean..
Iceland is so clean and powerful.
